		<description>As the happy husband and beneficiary of the tasty felafel above, I just want to add that yes, it is a great meal, second, less less onion more more ginger is my motto, and finally, cooked in Olive oil is even better than Canola.  Oh, and adding that bit of diced or pureed hot green pepper, does give a serious lift.  But then, I&#039;m no expert, I just eat them.  hitesh</description>
