kitchen faucet still only runs in a light stream — it has a bunch of ss pipe curled up under it in a spiral (sorry i forgot to photography) — perhaps pipe just need to be shortened. – faucet still a problem. I spoke to Saul, the plumber seems to think the faucet is the problem. You may know more here. 3/5/13

Lazy susan could use an adjustment/grease. It doesn’t spin very easy and it doesn’t fall into place where it should automatically. 3/5/13

stain(?) pooling in corner of lazy susan the painter flagged this as an area to fix 3/5/13

light is installed 3/5/13

no film on window as of yet – still naked 3/5/13

smokes need to be re-installed (co2s also) – all smokes appear to be reconnected (we should test at some point) 3/5/13

futon and mattress now out – most of stuff is now gone from unit except for a few items that a clearly Saul’s or the painters equipment. 3/5/13

all railings are now installed – 3/5/13

could fill with wood putty and paint – this is fixed 3/5/13

trim on unit door is nicely painted

smoke detector in hallway should be re-attached

this window (and unit windows) should be cleaned – yes, entire unit will need light cleaning before showings. All windows and inside of fridge and cabinets. 3/5/13

entry looks good except for mailbox panel (see above) which could have touch-up paint and buzzers (to left) which probably just need to be cleaned off. there’s a water bill from the city on top of the po boxes. – this is the same 3/5/13
